Ingredients
1 Bottle your favorite BBQ sauce (my favorite is Bullseye)
1 Tablespoon ground yellow mustard
1 Tablespoon dry minced garlic
1 Tablespoon dry minced onion
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for about 30-45 minutes.
These are two 12 pound turkey's on a 22" Weber Grill with a rotisserie insert using Lazzari's Mesquite lump charcoal.
